My desire is to leave you better than found by functionally strengthening and conditioning all clients to maximize their true potential physically, mentally and spiritually in a safe, and psychological healthy environment. I strive to continue to educate myself to implement and update research proven training programs in order to achieve target training adaptations and optimal movement efficiency with minimal risk of injury for everyone to excel whether in sport or in life.
I intend to educate all on life changing values and behaviors such as commitment, consistency, growth, gratitude, stewardship and service.
I aspire to train all individuals to have strong minds and bodies that will propel them to succeed in all their future endeavors for a lifetime.

In November of 2023, As I marked a major milestone in my life- my 50th birthday-I became more determined than ever to make a positive impact on not only my life, but the lives of woman looking to enhance their lives through movement.
It became increasing clear to me that woman entering perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause need dedicated support and guidance on fitness and movement. Regrettably there’s a shortage of personal trainers in their 40s and 50s who have the requisite experience and education to provide personalized support.
I’m deeply convinced that movement and nutrition are crucial for maintaining good mental health during this natural but critical life stage. As someone navigating this journey myself, I’m intimately aware of the challenges that come with it. This realization inspired me to craft workouts that are not only accessible but easy to follow. My goal is to empower you to prioritize your fitness and well-being, allowing you to focus on yourself and kick-start each day with renewed vitality and purpose.

Better Body Performance operates by appointment only to ensure personalized training sessions. Clients can book sessions based on availabiilty.
